Every girl has a unique love for handbags, and mine is no different. This post is about my latest obsession over a new purse that has been gifted to me by none other than my husband. It was the occassion of Gudi Padwa which marks the begining of a new year according to the lunisolar Hindu calendar. We had done a small ritual and prayers in the morning, with some homemade sweets for us and then he left for office like other working days. I watched TV and did some work related to my blog until evening I got a call from him informing me about the dinner he had planned for the night.
I wore a kurta(traditional outfit) of Indian women and while in car we were discussing about dates for my upcoming India trip, suddenly he asked me to give him a bag beaneath his seat at the back and to my craziest surprise it was a Michael Kors shopping bag. I had to open it then and there as I got too anxious to find out what was inside it but I was told to wait until we return back home, though I did not want to, and also did not want to hurt him so I did wait.
Here's the first pic of the gift that I clicked on reaching home and a story began to unfold.
I love it more coz this is my first Michael Kors bag and gifted to me by my hubby on a special occassion, I took this baby with me to India and everyone there loved it too, some even got envious of me carrying it around like its proud owner. I will always have memories attached to this beauty unlike other handbags that I buy with my hubby only and it came as the mosst wonderful surprise to me on 13th March(yes I remember the date).......hehe.

I just could not stop jumping and smiling with joy after looking at this baby, I had always wanted a golden handbag which is one of a kind as I have a thing for glittery and shiny stuff and I could have never dreamt of this pefection. This bag is so gorgeous in color and texture that I'm gonna have to take care of it more than myself.
